Solar Eclipse--26th December 2019

The year 2019 is coming close to a wrap but before we move into 2020, universe has planned a celestial treat - a Solar Eclipse. An annular solar eclipse, also called Surya Grahan in Hindi, will take place on December 26. The eclipse will be visible in India, Australia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. None of the eclipse would be visible from USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and other countries in American continent, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, South Africa and other countries of European and African continent.
The timings for Solar eclipse in Delhi: 8:17am through 10:57am.
Sutak timings : 12 hrs before the eclipse takes place, that is from 8pm onwards on 25th December.

Eclipses are used by astrologers for predicting of significant issues and events such as famine, war, disease, earthquakes or prosperity. Even scientific research reports indicate increased probability of earthquakes, Tsunami and other natural calamities around eclipse (if you feel not so convinced, you may Google). Throughout history, eclipses have been considered as very powerful phenomenon and especially so in ancient times. The zodiac sign of an eclipse was regarded by early astrologers as highly symbolic of the nature of events coming due. In those days, kings and emperors ran their empires according to the information provided, this is probably the reason you read Rajayogas, Gaj kesari yoga and such yoga giving combinations in Vedic astrology. Eclipses were noted to be of significance for rulers. In present times, these hold true for heads of state, Prime Ministers, Presidents, Ministers, Administrative heads of companies and organizations. Solar eclipse generally brings problems for ruling government as Sun rules government. The effect of the eclipse can be seen one month before and after (i.e. 26th November 2019 through 26th January 2020).
If an eclipse occurred within a few degrees of the Sun, Moon, or the 10th house of a leader or a country, they were regarded with much anticipation as reflective of coming events. If an eclipse falls within a few days of your birthday you need to be extra careful, for this can bring a period of change in your life.
The eclipse has traditionally been viewed as being the portents of evil. It seems as though something dreadful is about to happen. In modern astrology, eclipses are viewed as the period of change. Eclipses bring dramatic situations, so even negative situations may in fact be blessings in disguise for you.
This year the solar eclipse will in the sign of SAGITTARIUS and Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, Mercury and Rahu-ketu (instrumental in forming an eclipse) will all be affecting the sign of Sagittarius. Sagittarius sign rules over religion, luck, fortune, prosperity, foreign relations, travel, media, higher education, research, literary pursuits and explorations.
All solar eclipses bring in life’s big events, for instance may be career change, a marriage or divorce, birth of a child or important happenings in life of your children, a house sale/purchase or an important foreign trip. Whatever it is, the planets are intent on pushing you towards change. Change also means that something has to end before something new can come enter your life. Solar eclipses emphasis really is more on the beginning than the finish. Whatever that begins now may bring great changes in your life. As human beings we want change but resist transitions as we feel more comfortable with familiarity. Since it is a period of change the tendency to suffer and despair may also be more. Do not fight the changes that will happen in your lives.  Brahma, the Universe, understands you don’t need to stay stuck in the same situation forever. You need to learn, become wiser, and move forward. This is what keeps the cycle of life going. Just know that life will improve as long as your attitude is positive and you do good karma.  Do astro-remedies whenever you feel you need to increase your inner strength of the soul.
