Architectural design of your house—2nd in the series

This is in continuation to my earlier blog ‘Vastu tips for your home’. For houses, offices, apartments, flats or any building after shape and direction of the plot next to note is the ‘main gate’ or the entrance of your apartment/flat.

1.       There should be no obstruction in front of the main gate.

2.       The obstruction in front of the main gate caused by a tree is detrimental to the progress.

3.       A water drain or a gutter in front of your main gate can bring money constraints.

4.       Any kind of hole or a ditch in front of your house may bring grief or unhappiness.

5.       Electric, cable network line or telephone poles in front of the main gate may bring tensions especially money related.

6.       Dustbin/waste baskets kept near the front gate is not good for the prosperity and growth.

7.       It is not advisable to use two gates for entrance or two houses to share a single gate for entrance.

8.       If you are living in an apartment/a flat make sure a shadow does not fall on the main door or is directly facing the staircase.

Please note if the distance between the obstruction and the main gate/entrance is more than 80 feet there is no undue reason of worry.
