together hold important portfolio of most financial policies and one week
before 13th May through 27th June 2012, is not best time
of the year for money matters, stock market and implementation of new financial
policies. It is the time to re-evaluate existing policies. Government tax
policies will need correction/reforms under this planetary condition. It is not
